Deeksha is a highly trained and experienced Food Technologist having 7+ years ofexperience in the F&B sector. Her experience spans Quality Assurance, R&D, Quality control, and Corporate advocacy.
She has expertise in industry aspects as well regulatory practices and is a great team leader. She has been associated with Mother Dairy as well as Britannia in the capacity of quality assurance.
Deeksha also has a rich portfolio as a research associate having worked with
Evalueserve in the Intellectual Property Rights domain of the F&B industry and also with FICCI in the Advocacy & Regulatory Affairs domain. In these positions, she dealt with patents, research methodology, regulatory affairs, and project proposals. Deeskha has also worked with the reputed Food Safety and Standards Association
(FSSAI) of India, as a Project Program Coordinator for food fortification. She is a
