specialist overlooking the quality standards of the mass production of meals. He has also been engaged as Food Safety and Compliance Manager at PH& catering services ensuring quality food for schools. He is an ISO 9001 and HACCP certified professional.
Nishad plays a huge role in mentorship in the food quality and safety sector, which is pivotal to the efficient functioning of any food business. With his vast experience in Compliance and Assurance, he will help enrich standards at various food businesses. He is currently working as Food Safety & Quality Manager at Queen Elizabeth 2, that is a cruise hotel in Dubai.
