Somya has a diverse experience in MNCs and has proven experience designing,
implementing, and scaling up national programs. A capable Food Technologist she has led teams to arrive at meaningful and quantifiable solutions to problem statements with efficiency.
She is also well versed in product marketing, strategy and advocacy and has an
impressive portfolio of research publications to her name which she worked on during her time at the National Innovation Foundation and NIFTEM. During her stint in Marico Limited as Regulatory lead, she was awarded the prestigious
Values Walker Award for “Bias for Action, Consumer-Centric Approach and Excellence at Work”. As a senior associate in Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN), she led and supervised 5 teams across 18 states in India, guiding them through product design and scale-up.

With her expertise, she will mentor entrepreneurs and startups in the process of
